    what can i do if i dont have any type of equippment? I am a full time student and dont think i can aford a dumb bell this week or the next. Do all your work uts requier work out gear?

    For people who dont have a timer, you can install a free timer called “intervalTimer” just search IntervalTimer at the appstore (if you have a ipod/iphone/ipad
