But at the end of the day, i’m no expert, i dont have any quals in anything.. its just shit that i picked up along the way.. Everyones body reacts differently to different stresses and stimulation, do a bit of trial and error, u’ll learn more about the way YOUR body works and eventually, u’ll be able to control ur body a lot better in terms of weight management and muscle building.. the Hodge Twins have some accurate and practical advice about all kinds of shit so watch them to get a head start!

@Relikboy as long as u portion your food, u’ll cut weight.. just remember to balance your protein, carb and fats… what worked well for me when i was cutting was going vegetarian for 2 weeks, avoiding white carbs (refined grains) completely, avoiding dairy and just relying on veggies for nutrients. sucks ass, but works a treat..

@ppaaauullyyy I have brown rice for my carbs with sweet potatoes, also low sodium and low fat tuna thats from a can, does that sound good for my cutting up ? I do my cardio in the morning and work out in the afternoon.

@KLunster1 you need three things.. Protein, Carbs and Fats (naturally occurring).. carbs can be found in heaps of stuff other than breads and pastas.. (complex carbs) sweet potatos, pumpkin, lentils, couscous, oatmeal, etc.. so long as you avoid white rice, white bread, white pasta (simple carbs) and if you keep your meals moderately portioned, you probably dont even have to work out to cut weight.. hodgetwins are right when it comes to this shit, they’ll break it down for u..

@KLunster1 just eat oats bro.. whey protein shake will do.. end of the day man, just stick to clean food thats well portioned, dont complicate it too much. u can have a lean steak for breakfast if you want, doesn’t matter what u eat, just so long as its clean and well portioned..
