After linking up with Kirk Fontenot on his nutrition, training, and peaking strategy, Nick recorded his training over the next 3 weeks leading up to the Jimmy Coby Classic. Other than the actual training, this DVD shows how rewarding and awesome bodybuilding and the actual prep for a contest can be.

I think most bodybuilders are their own biggest fan! I work out a lot, and would never occur to me to pose and post a video of myself on YouTube, or anywhere.

@MrNickhtown I’m at my second year of training 3-5 days a week. I’ve been injury free since January, but before that it was a rough road. I wasn’t taking anything to supplement my diet and it was one of the most ignorant things I ever done. I went from 213lbs to 185 lbs, I broke my personal best for flat bench on Sunday (225 lbs for 3 reps) and yesterday on shoulder press 67.5 lb dumbbells for 10 reps. I’m in the best shape of my life, anyone who reads this YOU CAN DO BETTER my genetics suuuck!
