Natural Bodybuilding- Way to go PRO teaser

This is a DVD highlighting what it takes to be successful in the competitive bodybuilding arena. After linking up with Kirk Fontenot on his nutrition, training, and peaking strategy, Nick recorded his training over the next 3 weeks leading up to the Jimmy Coby Classic. Other than the actual training, this DVD shows how rewarding and awesome bodybuilding and the actual prep for a contest can be.

    I think most bodybuilders are their own biggest fan! I work out a lot, and would never occur to me to pose and post a video of myself on YouTube, or anywhere.

    @MrNickhtown I’m at my second year of training 3-5 days a week. I’ve been injury free since January, but before that it was a rough road. I wasn’t taking anything to supplement my diet and it was one of the most ignorant things I ever done. I went from 213lbs to 185 lbs, I broke my personal best for flat bench on Sunday (225 lbs for 3 reps) and yesterday on shoulder press 67.5 lb dumbbells for 10 reps. I’m in the best shape of my life, anyone who reads this YOU CAN DO BETTER my genetics suuuck!
