Six Pack Abs are hard to come by these days… in fact, six packs of anything seem hard to find (except in the hands of guys with beer guts… wink wink, smile). Why doesn’t this world like six packs?

Ok, I’m being silly. Anyway, what you know about six pack abs is probably the common cardio, crunches, and situps… and some diet advice thrown in for good measure. Well, here are 2 little-known tactics that’ll help you to get six pack abs.

What’s great about these 2 tips is that you can do them both at home. So no need to feel like the “embarrassed fat person doing abs” at the gym.

#1 Ab Wheel or the Ab Roller

You know that crazy little wheel thing that you got when you were desperate to get abs (you mean you didn’t get one like the rest of us?)… it actually works… and works quite good for getting six pack abs.

Here’s how you use it.

Get on your toes or knees. Grab the 2 handles (1 on each side of the wheel). Now roll out with the wheel as far as you can. Then roll back in as far as you can. Simple, huh? Well, it sounds more simple than it actually is. This thing places a great amount of tension on your abs… that’s what you want. Woohoo, I love the ab wheel.

Your goal should be to do 50 or more repetitions of it each day for at least 5 days a week.

#2 Vacuum Pose

If you’ve read some of my other articles, you might think I’m starting to sound like a broken record because I talk about vacuum poses so much. Well, there’s a reason why I keep mentioning them. They’re great!

It’s by far the best waist-reducing exercise you can do. If you want to lose inches from your waist and get a set of six pack abs or some nice female abs that are hot, this is your best use of time as far as exercising goes.

How you do it… visualize your belly button getting pulled into your lower back spine. Next, take a deep breath and inhale while sucking in your belly… leading with your belly button. Then when you can’t inhale anymore, hold that position for 15-60 seconds. The longer the better.

Do this for 5 minutes a day, everyday.

Now, if you want six pack abs that are hot and sexy, read the above outline until you have it ingrained in your mind. Say no to boring cardio. Say no to worthless situps. Say no to limited crunches. Now say yes to six pack abs.
